Acceptance of Terms
By using reddingkeyandlock.com (the "Site") or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Description of Service
Redding Key & Lock is an independent local referral and matching service. We connect visitors in Redding, Anderson, Shasta Lake, Cottonwood, Bella Vista, Palo Cedro, California with independent, third-party locksmith professionals. We are not a locksmith company, we do not employ or dispatch locksmiths, and we do not perform any locksmith work ourselves. Any locksmith service you receive is performed entirely by the independent provider you are matched with, under a separate arrangement between you and that provider.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or submit a request through our lead form or SMS program.
SMS Program
By checking the SMS consent box on our request form, you agree to receive text messages from Redding Key & Lock related to your locksmith request, sent from an automated system. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participation in the SMS program is optional and is never required to use our Site or request a match.
No Guarantee & Independent Providers
We work to connect you with independent providers who report being licensed and insured where applicable — we encourage you to verify current licensing, insurance, and any pricing directly with a provider before hiring them. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, licensing status, or outcome of any independent provider's work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and our matching service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redding Key & Lock and AuthenitcBrand, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, your interaction with any independent provider, or any locksmith work performed by a provider.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Redding Key & Lock harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Site or your dealings with an independent provider.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
